Beautiful Ireland - Sunday picture

I had some doubts about the picture I would show you today: there are so many beautiful places we've visited that I would love to show them all in just one post... it's difficult to prioritize.

Eventually I have decided to take you to Co. Wexford, and more specifically to Jonhstown Castle and Estate

Fantastic piece of land: fifty acres of lovely trees, landscapes, beautiful paths where you'll be able to take a stroll and relax, breathe, enjoy...

You can read all about this amazing hidden gem here: the past and also the present (it is currently owned by Teagasc –the Agricultural and Food Development Authority– and there an active research facility on site).

We found this place "by accident" during a short holiday we took in county Wexford a couple of years ago, and we fell in love with it. We're looking forward to going back!
