It was taken on St Patrick's day near Roundstone, in Connemara.
The place is just amazing. I never thought there were beaches like this in Ireland: turquoise water and pure white sand, exactly how you would imagine the Caribbean beaches, isn't it? Just look for that salsa CD that you bought ages ago, for that crazy party, paint a big sun on the top left corner of the picture, take off my kids' coats and voilà :-)
Connemara is a fantastic area in the west of the island. We've been there several times because one never gets tired of visiting it: there is always a hidden village that we hadn't visited before, or a lake someone recommended us not to miss, a trail we're willing to walk...
