Lemon Crepe and Coffee Co. - best crêpes in Dublin?

To be able to get information about best cafés/restaurants/parks in Dublin or any other city, I usually ask local people: they have the most up-to-date information about the must-go places in the area.

That is exactly how I first heard about Lemon Café: asking some workmates about the best place to eat crêpes here, in Dublin. Most of them told me about this café which is located on 66, South William Street (the original local) and 60, Dawson Street (a new bigger local, same food!)

The local on 66, South William St -on the left- is very simple (decoration wise, I mean) and maybe a bit too small for big groups (even though the owner was really nice and helpful and managed to prepare a table for us the first time we visited.... we were 8!) but you forget about space and decoration when you try their crêpes.... mmmmh!!!!! I asked for the Apple Cinammon and Cream one and it was DELICIOUS! loved it

Last month, it was my son's birthday and we went to try their local on 60, Dawson Street (beside Hodges Figgis): much bigger place, with long spacious tables.

First of all, we loved their drinks: I fell in love with the machiato I ordered: small cup, lots of foam on top, strong coffee...

My children ordered hot chocolate with marshmallows: complete success!

Regarding the food: exactly as good as in the original local. This time we ordered both sweet and savoury crêpes to try, and they are both equally good! The Complete Crêpe with egg, ham and cheddar was great, and so were the Fruit Traditional and the Egg Cheese Mushroom and Onion ones.... wouldn't know which one to recommend because we liked them all. The waiters were also very friendly and helpful.

We've come back to the local on Dawson St once after that first time and finished as satisfied, so I preview many Sat/Sun mornings there :-).

By the way, they open quite early on Sundays as well. Their opening times are:

Mon-Wed, Fri 8:00 - 19:30
Thu 8:00 - 21:00
Sat 9:00 - 19:30
Sun 10:00 - 18:30

Do you know the place? do you like it?
